India will meet Kyrgyzstan sans Chhetri  

NEW DELHI: Indian football team, who will face Kyrgyzstan in the AFC Asian Cup qualification round on Tuesday, reached

Bishkek on Sunday.

India currently top Group E with 13 points from five matches. 

The home leg was won by India courtesy Sunil Chhetri goal, but he won’t be playing due to double cards.

Both the teamshave already secured their berths in the tournament next year, but India coach Stephen Constantine is expecting nothing less than a tough fight from the Central Asians.

“They are a very good side and have the home advantage this time. We will have to be very careful to maintain our focus and try to get the three points,” said Constantine.
