DOHA (Qatar): Al Duhail coach Sabri Lamouchi said the defending champions will seek to win against Al Khor in the Qatar Stars League.
“We will face a team which has regained self-confidence after achieving their first victory this season and I think the match will be important and difficult at the same time,” said Lamouchi.
“Al Duhail created opportunities, but have failed to score. But we succeeded in the last match against Al Arabi in taking advantage of the opportunities that we had. My team always focuses on offensive performance in our matches and we will work to take advantage of the opportunities we get so that we put the burden on our rivals.”
Al Duhail player Bassam Al Rawi said, “The team can win against Al Khor. We are ready to perform strongly and collect the three points we badly need. Al Duhail went through a difficult period due to injuries and other changes but now the players have adapted to the new coaching staff. We will return to victories again and improve our position in the points table.”
