DOHA (Qatar): Qatari rider Salman Mohammed Al Emadi won the top honour in Medium Tour of Tour 11 at Qatar Equestrian Tour – Longines Hathab Supported By The Social & Sport Fund (Daam) being held alongside Longines Global Champions Tour at the Longines Arena at Al Shaqab on Friday.
Salman walked away with the top place and QR 7500 followed by Mohammed Khalifa Al Baker in the second spot followed by Kamil Sabitov.
The second-place winner got QR6,000 and the third-place winner got QR4,500.
In the Medium Tour team event, Qatar Armed Forces team consisting of Salman, Hamad Ali Al Attiyah and Mohammed Abdulla Juma won the title and a prize money of QR20,000 followed by Limited Edition Cars and Qatar Equestrian Federation.
Limited Edition Cars team members consisted of Mohammed Khalifa Albaker and Mohammed Saeed Haidan and took home QR 12,000, the third-place team riders consisted of Rashid Towaim Al Marri and Bandar Mansoor Al Hoban and they picked up QR 8,000.
In the Small Tour individual category, Abdulaziz Majid Al Ghanim topped the podium followed by Mohammed Al Ghazali and Hamad Nasser Al Qadi respectively.
Al Ghanim rode FERRARI P.H. with a time of 50.37 and collected QR 5,000.00 for his effort while Al Ghazali got QR 4,000.00 and Al Qadi went home richer by QR 3,000,
