DOHA (Qatar): Qatar Football Association (QFA) and Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation (AGCFF) president Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani met Federation’s Executive Office through a virtual conference.
The meeting discussed many issues and the minutes of the first meeting of the Executive Office for 2021 were approved.
The committee also reviewed the report on the Gulf Cup hosting presented by Dr Jassim bin Muhammad Al Shukaily, Vice President of the Federation and head of the committee.
The Executive Office of the AGCFF recommended holding a meeting of the heads of the Gulf federations within one month to take the final decision to name the country organizing the 25th Gulf Cup.
Jassim Al Rumaihi, Secretary-General of the AGCFF, “The meeting of the Executive Office of the federation was positive by the participants as it considered the interest and development of Gulf football, which is the goal pursued by the federation and all members.”
