DOHA (Qatar): Aspire Zone has announced the reopening of the outdoor stadiums for sports fans and enthusiasts, with a maximum number of 10 people per stadium.
Aspire Zone boasts some of the world’s finest sport training facilities offering a unique sport, sports medicine, research and education destination for the international sports industry.
The opening comes in accordance with the plans followed and decided by the relevant authorities to ease restrictions imposed to combat the outbreak of the Covid-19.
The decision is consistent with the beginning of the resumption of sports activity including the Qatar Stars League on July 24.
Designed to allow athletes to compete at their potential, the list of teams that have made use of Aspire Zone’s facilities is impressive, including Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Paris St. Germain, Schalke, Eintracht Frankfurt football clubs.
Constantly searching for the edge, several teams and athletes have used Aspire Zone as a training base ahead of major international events such as the Olympic Games and Commonwealth Games. These include British Swimming, British Athletics and gold medalist discus thrower Gerd Kanter.
