DOHA: President of the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation Nasser bin Ghanim Al Khelaifi affirmed that the 2024 Qatar Major Premier Padel, which kicked off last Sunday at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex, witnesses the participation of the best male and female padel players in the world.
Al Khelaifi welcomed all the participants in the 2024 Ooredoo Qatar Major Premier Padel, adding that the championship witnesses the participation of the best male and female badminton players in the world.
He added that this edition, which includes women’s competitions alongside men’s competitions for the first time in Doha, will have a special impact in the hearts of all its followers. He stated that the six-day tournament will witness the highest technical levels of this sport and its most beautiful skills and touches.
Al Khelaifi mentioned that this 2024 edition will contribute to supporting the development of Padel, which is one of the fastest-growing sports globally.
