DOHA: The competitions of the WTT Contender Doha 2023 currently underway at Lusail Sports Arena continued for the fifth day as part of the Qatar International Table Tennis Combined Championship.
The competition will conclude tomorrow.
A total 190 male and female players from 40 countries are playing in the competition.
The championship entered the decisive stage with holding of semi-final competitions for the men’s and women’s doubles and mixed doubles.
In the men’s doubles category, Chinese duo Yuxiang and Zhou Kai qualified for the final along with South Korean duo An Jae-hyun and Cho Sangmin, while in the women’s doubles category Chinese duo Zhang Rui and Kuai Man qualified for the final along with South Korean doubles Shin Yu-bin and Jeon Ji-hee.
